Defined offers. Useful outcomes.

Choose the kind of clarity you need.

Each engagement is fixed-price and defined-scope. We focus on the work that matters, produce practical deliverables, and keep implementation separate when it needs its own plan.

How the work moves

Understand it. Shape it. Make it usable.

No generic transformation theater. The engagement starts with the reality of how work happens today and ends with materials your team can actually use.

  1. 01

    Find the friction

Clarify the problem, the people affected, the constraints, and what a better outcome must accomplish.

  2. 02

    Design the better way

Map decisions, ownership, handoffs, controls, and automation opportunities without adding needless complexity.

  3. 03

    Make it operational

Deliver clear documentation, priorities, and next actions so the improvement survives beyond the engagement.

Experience that crosses organizational boundaries

Complex work is still work-and it can be made clearer.

About Form & Motion

Built by an operator, not an observer.

Bobby Keene began his career in 2003 and has spent more than two decades fixing the places where technology, people, and process stop working well together. He brings approximately 15 years of management experience and a decade in senior leadership.

As a senior IT leader, Bobby created and oversaw IT for Amazon Health and was recognized among Amazon's top 5% of managers globally. His work has supported more than 10,000 users through onboarding and beyond, often in healthcare, compliance-heavy, and other high-stakes environments where vague ownership and unreliable processes have real consequences.

His experience spans healthcare, veterinary clinics, professional services, family entertainment, museums and arts, cannabis, manufacturing, insurance, construction and realty, legal services, mergers and acquisitions, and other small and mid-sized businesses.

That range gives him a practical perspective: every organization is different, but the underlying friction is usually familiar. Unclear decisions, inconsistent handoffs, undocumented work, neglected tools, and too much knowledge living in one person's head all make growth harder than it needs to be.

Form & Motion brings enterprise-level operational thinking to established organizations without burying them in consulting theater. The goal is straightforward: understand how the work really happens, remove what gets in the way, and leave behind systems people can actually use.
